Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your board and return it within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

1. Email us at info@phase5boards.eu with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the unused board back to us in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or replacement — contact us with photos of the issue to start the process.
